This is a hard requirement to be able to migrate

Previously grep matched commented-out keys like '#javastart_Xmx=512m'
alongside the active one, causing invalid JVM args and a cryptic
'Error: Could not find or load main class' failure on Docker start.
All three conf key reads (javastart_Xmx, javastart_priority, port)
now pipe through 'grep -v '^\s*#'' before key-matching.

Both JAVA_ARGS are obsolete since JDK14 and expired in JDK15. They are
no longer work on modern illumos (SunOS) distributions. Additonal the
comment mention Darwin which is not SunOS.
